What attracted me was that the method was no-nonsense and down-to-earth. I had been interested in the relationship between body and mind through martial arts, acupuncture and Chinese philosophy, but I had never found such practical tools for connecting them. BODYMIND makes physical training, meditation, breathwork and mental development part of one coherent practice. The same principles can be used in martial training, therapy and ordinary life. The teaching stays focused on a few essential ideas and explores them deeply instead of adding unnecessary complexity. Everything can be questioned, insights are developed together and nothing is hidden behind hierarchy or mystification.
