I’ve already explored therapy, coaching, meditation, or personal development. How is this different?
Most approaches teach you how to think differently, feel differently, or behave differently. The Stillness Program teaches you how to understand the system that produces your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. Rather than adding another technique, you’ll develop a practical framework that makes sense of everything you’ve already learned.
Is this therapy?
Not in the classical sense, but it is therapeutic.
While many people experience profound personal change, the purpose of the program is not to diagnose or treat problems. It is to improve your ability to understand yourself, orient yourself accurately, and develop a system that naturally produces greater clarity, health, and resilience.
Do I need to believe in energy?
No.
Nothing in this program depends on belief. Everything is explored through direct experience. If the principles are useful, your experience will show you. If not, you are free to discard them.
Is this meditation?
Not in the traditional sense.
The BODYMIND Interface draws inspiration from practices such as meditation, visualization, and self-hypnosis, but it goes beyond and is ultimately a practical method for reading and working with your own inner experience.
What if I don’t have a major problem?
Fine.
The Stillness Program isn’t reserved for people who are struggling. It is designed for people who want a deeper understanding of themselves, greater clarity, and a stronger foundation from which to live, work, create, and relate.
Will I become dependent on the method or on Simon?
Quite the opposite.
The goal is to make you increasingly independent. Over time, you’ll rely less on external advice because you’ll become more capable of accurately reading and navigating your own system.
How much time do I need?
Less than most people expect.
The program is built to make lasting shifts during the sessions, while you simultaneously learn the skill to use the BODYMIND Interface by yourself.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many people notice changes in awareness, calm, or clarity within the first sessions. The deeper value, however, is not a temporary experience but a lasting increase in your ability to understand and work with yourself.
Is this based on science or spirituality?
Neither comes first.
The EMBODYMIND Method is a distilliantion based on observation, direct experience, and pragmatic principles. Where science helps explain those principles, we use it. Where ancient traditions discovered something useful long before modern science, we learn from them as well. The question is always the same: does it reliably work?
How do I know this is right for me?

I’ve already trained posture, strength, martial arts, yoga, or movement. How is this different?
Most training improves what you do. The Gravity Program improves the system doing it and how it does it.
Instead of adding more techniques, this program deepens the base quality. You’ll learn to organize your body and mind around gravity itself. When the foundation changes, posture, movement, breathing, balance, and power begin to improve together.
Is The BODYMIND Key just another posture exercise?
No.
The posture is simply the starting position. The BODYMIND Key is a method of Advanced Gravity Calibration that changes how your entire system relates to life. The goal isn’t to stand differently. It’s to function differently.
Is this only for athletes or martial artists?
Not at all.
Gravity affects every human being equally. Whether you’re an athlete, entrepreneur, therapist, artist, or simply someone who wants to move through life with greater strength and less effort, the principles remain the same.
More power, less force.
Will I become stronger?
Yes, and probably not only in the way you expect.
Rather than creating strength through tension and effort, you’ll learn to reduce unnecessary resistance so your existing strength can be expressed more efficiently. Less waste means more usable capacity.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No.
The BODYMIND Key meets you where you are. Your current level of fitness isn’t a limiting factor.
How much time does it take?
Very little.
The program uses SHARC Training: short, focused practice sessions of around five minutes. This removes the barrier to getting started and makes consistent improvement realistic, even with a busy schedule.
Will this replace my current training?
Usually it begins by enhancing it, sometimes it eventually replaces it.
Whether you lift weights, run, practice martial arts, play an instrument, or simply want to feel better in daily life, a better-organized system improves the quality of everything built on top of it.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Instantly. Many people notice immediate improvements in balance, stability, breathing, or ease of movement. The greatest changes come through consistent practice, as your system gradually adopts a new baseline of organization.
Is this about relaxation?
Yes. But explained with more depth, and in context with the correct order. If you’ve ever struggled with the concept of relaxation, this will likely clarify it.
Sometimes you’ll feel more relaxed. Other times you’ll feel more alive, stable, or powerful. The goal isn’t relaxation. The goal is optimal organization. For harmony between stillness and motion, relaxation is a prerequisite.
Why focus so much on gravity?
Because gravity never takes a day off.
It is the one force your body is constantly responding to, every second of every day. Small improvements in your relationship with gravity accumulate into profound improvements in how you stand, move, breathe, recover, and perform.
And mostly, because almost everybody is fighting gravity, without realizing it. When you stop fighting and start riding those waves, the experience of life changes fundamentally.
