When the system stabilizes it begins to feel safe enough, so it can gradually release tension, complete unfinished emotional and physical processes, and restore a natural sense of balance.

The BODYMIND Foundation

  • Session 1 - Orientation

    Introduction of the framework of the Navigator (soul) and the Captain, Crew & Ship (BODYMIND).

    Inner Child Stabilization
    We resolve the earliest emotional imprint in your system.

  • Session 2 - Dominant Parent

    We begin with the parent that caused the most instability. We address feminine and masculine in that order.

  • Session 3 - Second Parent

    This order is important. Now that the dominant parent is stabilized, we can hold the correct space for the other parent.

  • Session 4 - Put it all together

    Full System Integration

    Your past stops resisting your present.
