Program and payment

The total price is €3,500, including any applicable VAT, payable in full before commencement. This includes ten private sessions of 45 minutes, guided online learning, personal feedback, and between-session support over approximately 90 days.

Scheduling

Sessions take place online or in Amsterdam, by mutual agreement. The start date and proposed schedule are confirmed before payment. Changes or extensions are agreed in writing.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions may incur a reasonable charge reflecting the actual loss, taking account of costs saved or the appointment being filled, capped at €350. Sessions cancelled by Simon are rescheduled without charge.

Withdrawal and immediate commencement

For purchases made online or at a distance, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after concluding the agreement. Notify us by email or another clear statement; you may also use the withdrawal form provided with your confirmation.

Coaching may begin during this period only at your express request. If you subsequently withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Digital content may be supplied immediately with your separate express consent and acknowledgement that withdrawal rights for that content are lost when delivery begins. This does not remove withdrawal rights for undelivered coaching services.

Any refund due following withdrawal is issued within 14 days of notification.

Ending the program after 14 days

No discretionary money-back guarantee applies. You may terminate the program by email. Any amount retained must reflect services already supplied and other reasonable amounts legally payable, taking account of costs saved. We provide an itemised settlement and refund any excess payment within 14 days. Statutory cancellation, refund, and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Support

Email support covers questions about your practice during the program. Replies are provided within two working days, Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Support does not include additional private sessions or emergency assistance.

Online learning access and support are included for the agreed program period and end upon termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participation and scope

Allow a minimum of 15 minutes of daily practice. For deeper practice, Simon recommends working toward 30–60 minutes where appropriate to your capacity and individual guidance.

Participation is active; results vary and are not guaranteed. Inform Simon of relevant health limitations and stop any practice that causes pain or distress. The program is educational and developmental and does not replace medical or psychological care.
